I strongly oppose the proposed rule which would change the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations.

The proposed changes will substantially undermine rural communities,
particularly Indian Nations. Indian Nations throughout the U.S. are the
most financially underserved segment of our society and they have only
recently begun to benefit from the current CRA rules. Changing the rules at
this time will doom Indian Nations to never being adequately served by the
banking community.

Please do not adopt this rule.
