Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear FDIC,
I am writing to register my displeasure with these rules. Please
reconsider. It is important that banks invest in all levels of the
community, not just the wealthy. Otherwise, those in low-income
neighborhoods stand little chance of improving their lot.

Thanks for your attention,
Margaret Chiovoloni
Chapel Hill, NC
