Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Any changes to the Community Reinvestment Act that would *decrease* instead of *expand* lending opportunities for underserved communities would be a regrettable step backward. Please consider carefully the impact on community development before making changes; please ensure that changes to these regulations strengthen and streamline the CRA rather than weaken it. Regulations should be enacted which ensure continued access to financial products despite a move away from brick-and-mortar institutions to online alternatives.

Sincerely,

Terry Carter,
Product Development Coordinator,
Fund Development & Marketing
Culver City, California
