Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

We work with small communities and are afraid that the proposed rule would exempt the banks we work with for affordable housing from CRA regulations. It is my understanding that 25 of the 30 banks in Kentucky now required to participate would be exempt under the proposed regulations. This would, in effect, emasculate the CRA requirement. Please consider withdrawing the proposed rule.
