Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I see no valid reason why banks with assets of less than $! billion should
be exempt from servicing low and moderate income households and
neighborhoods, particularly since some communities (including entire
states) are serviced only by banks with less than $1 billion in assets.
The proposed rule change should be scrapped; tell the bank lobbyists to
spend their time and money on enhancing services to these communities.
