In recognition of Small Business Week, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a webinar on supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) small business owners in Illinois, through Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) partnerships. Presenters will discuss opportunities for banks to increase access to safe and responsible small business credit by providing loans, investments, and services to CDFIs that support underserved, BIPOC small business owners. Attendees will also learn about small business development and capital access opportunities specific to the State of Illinois.
