The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) West Virginia Alliance for Economic Inclusion will host a member meeting focusing on innovative partnership opportunities. The event will feature an overview of economic inclusion, the Community Reinvestment Act and rural development-related resources, tools and strategies. Presenters will provide perspectives on the socioeconomic conditions in West Virginia’s rural communities and discuss innovative partnership opportunities for rural economic development. Participants will also hear about lending and other resources in response to the ongoing investment needs to support disaster recovery, small businesses, rural health, and financial education.
