FDIC Publishes August Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in August 2025. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for October 2025.

The FDIC issued 14 orders and one Notice in August 2025. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of two orders of prohibition, three consent orders, three orders terminating consent orders, six orders terminating a total of 100 waiver orders, and one Notice.
