FDIC Hosts Affordable Housing Forum in North Carolina

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host an Affordable Housing Forum to bring affordable housing stakeholders together to explore innovative solutions to address the affordable housing crisis in North Carolina. The forum will encourage banks, affordable housing developers, non-profits, housing finance agencies, and local governments to explore innovative solutions, such as Community Land Trusts, Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs), and Accessory Dwelling Units/Tiny Homes to increase affordable housing supply. Representatives will share and discuss strategic approaches and resources to help advance affordable housing development and preservation.
