FDIC Hosts Increasing Access to Capital and Consulting Services for Black-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is conducting an in-person event with virtual access to increase access to capital and business consulting services for Black-owned businesses. This interactive community development forum will focus on increasing access to capital and business consulting services for Black-owned businesses throughout the Greater Bay Area. Panelists will discuss promising practices gained through the practical implementation of programs, as well as the development and deployment of products and services that help Black-owned businesses maintain and expand their operations.

Banks (credit administrators, senior lenders, commercial loan officers, chief executive officers, Community Reinvestment Act Officers, and Compliance Officers) plus asset building coalitions, small business counselors, Small Business Development Corporations, Community Development Financial Institutions, and government agencies.
