The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRB-SF), and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) will host a webinar to highlight the state of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) development and expanding affordable housing in California’s Central Valley. The event will connect webinar participants to practitioners that have developed ADU financing strategies, discuss ADU financing barriers, and present actionable opportunities to expand financing vehicles to support developing ADUs.
