The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Whole Community Health Initiative-Kenan Flagler Business School, and UNC Public Policy will host a webinar series to strengthen connections between tribal communities, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and financial institutions to support Native Americans and tribal organizations by advancing equitable access to affordable capital and credit. Presenters will discuss the first collaborative Native American CDFI in the region, which serves 38 tribes and tribal organizations across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Presenters will also inform attendees about partnership opportunities between community banks and CDFIs. Attendees should select only one date to attend.
