SUBJECT: Foreign Entity Subject to Import Ban
Summary: The Secretary of State has designated Khan Research Laboratories (Pakistan) as being subject to the import ban of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Trade Control Regulations.

The Secretary of State has designated Khan Research Laboratories (Pakistan) as being subject to the import ban of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Trade Control Regulations (31 C.F.R. Part 539). The effective date of the import ban's restrictions is March 24, 2003. The applicable Federal Register notice is attached. Please distribute this information to the appropriate personnel in your institution.
