FDIC Kansas City AEI Host the Future of Financial Professionals and Career Resources in Kansas City, MO

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Kansas City Alliance for Economic Inclusion (AEI) is hosting an event outlining community development opportunities for financial institutions in the Banking Leaders of Tomorrow (BLT) Program launched in August 2024. Presenters will provide an overview of BLT Program, career resources, and insights from financial professionals that benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) students on the path to careers in the financial service industry. Banks will learn how they can receive Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) consideration by supporting the program’s efforts to provide students with classroom instruction on financial education, career readiness, work experience at financial institutions and other banking industry positions.
