Pursuant to the TLGP implementing regulation (12 C.F.R. Part 370), the DGP data presented herein includes all FDIC-guaranteed senior unsecured debt issued on or before December 5, 2008, that was still outstanding as of December 5, 2008, and all FDIC-guaranteed debt issued on or after December 6, 2008, as reported to the FDIC. The disclosure includes some but not all guaranteed debt issued immediately following the DGP’s inception but repaid prior to December 5, 2008. Although the FDIC is making this DGP information public at the present time, the FDIC reserves the right to set different disclosure policies in connection with any possible future debt guarantee or similar type of program.

The FDIC has taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein, but the DGP data being disclosed is presented largely “as reported” by the issuers. The FDIC neither assumes responsibility for, nor warrants the accuracy of, any of the reported data.
