Part 370), the DGP data presented herein includes all FDIC-guaranteed senior unsecured debt issued on or before December 5, 2008, that was still outstanding as of December 5, 2008, and all FDIC-guaranteed debt issued on or after December 6, 2008, as reported to the FDIC. The disclosure includes some but not all guaranteed debt issued immediately following the DGP’s inception but repaid prior to December 5, 2008.
