Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I live in Vermont, I object to the present plan of the Bush administration to allow banks with asssets of $1 billion to be exempted from the Community Reinvestment rules RIN 3064-AC50.

If this happens there are no Banks in the state I live in the would have to reinvest in the commuity.
