Subject: Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

September 8, 2004
8:30am

To Whom it May Concern:

Ref: Community Reinvestment ACT 12 CFR Part 345

The current laws protect entire communities by securing that 'all' areas develop and progress equally.

Without federal regulation of this sort, there will be immediate and foreseeable further decay of depressed areas.

We need to allow the current common sense law to remain in place. To weaken the law only serves to benefit (once again) the most wealthy.

Please count this as a rejection of the purposed 'weakening' of this very important act.

Sincerely,
Elaine Sanchez
Dallas TX
