Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, it will undermine rural communities. As a Community Development Director, I know how important the current Community Reinvestment Act regulations are to rural development and our rural economy. Please do not adopt this rule.
