Subject: comment on RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act, RIN 3064-AC50. This action will do harm to rural communities. Affordable housing is a real crisis in much of the United States and rural communities especially have sustained long-term economic stress. I was raised on a farm in northwest Ohio and have seen firsthand both the stress on the rural community and the good that the CRA can do. Enacting a rule change that would make it more difficult for working poor people to obtain affordable housing and community services seems illogical--why would a federal agency want to further stress the economic health of a segment of our country? Why would a federal agency want to force impoverished citizens to turn to taxpayer-funded social services instead of wholistic community development? The CRA has not cost me or other American taxpayers anything--yet has made the country stronger for all of us. Please do NOT enact proposed rule change RIN 3064-AC50.
