Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal that would allow banks with assets above $250 million but under $1 billion to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would have a detrimental effect on many struggling downtowns across the country. I encourage the FDIC to leave the examination process as is.
