Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I vehemently oppose the classification of banking institutions with assets over $250 million as small banks. This obvious attempt to dilute the impact of the Community Reinvestment Act will only serve to deepen the divide between affluent and poor communities, and will retard economic development in distressed communities.
