Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly oppose the proposal to allow banks with in excess of $250M in assets to be examined as small banks under the CRA. This is a short-sighted proposal that could very easily reduce lending in low-income communities.

Please do not implement this change to the CRA.
