Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Thanks to the CRA, many banks that otherwise would not have considered investing in low-income communities have been forced to evaluate and make such investments, and the country has been the better for it. I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. Please reject this change.
