Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

The Community Reinvestment Act is a critical component to Florida's affordable housing and community development solutions. The City of Clearwater would oppose any increase to the threshold limits of what is considered to be a small bank. The proposed FDIC rule would exempt many of our community's critical partners who participate in our affordable housing programs from the effective and productive requirements currently in place under the current rule. I urge the FDIC to withdraw its proposed rule.
