Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC proposal to allow banks with 250 million in assets to be
considered small banks. This will erode the gains made by the Community
Reinvestment Act of yesterday. Again, the government is supposed to be for
the people and by the people. However, with proposals like this those
individuals who are trying to achieve the American Dream will not have the
opportunity because of redlining, predatory lending and other crafty
discriminatory practices that looks good and legal up front but in
retrospect is another way for large corporations to rape those communities
of leaser economic value. Just because you've made it financially, don't
stop others from getting there too.
