To Whom It May Concern:

The City of Somerville, Massachusetts and Mayor's Office of Strategic
Planning & Community Development would like to go on record as being opposed
to proposed revisions to the Community Reinvestment Act specifically
changing the definition of small bank and raising the asset size threshold
to $1 billion regardless of holding company affliation.
