Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

The Community Reinvestment Act is a crucial component to Vermont's
affordable housing and community development efforts. I/We oppose any
increase to the threshold of what is considered to be small bank. For
Vermont, this would be disasterous--think about it. The proposed FDIC rule
would exempt most of our State's financial partners from the effective and
productive requirements currently in place. I/We urge FDIC to withdraw its
proposal to increase the threshold of small bank size.
