Good Day,

Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I just today returned from a conference in St. Paul entitled "Grassroots and Groundwork: Practical Strategies for Reducing Poverty and Rebuilding Communities." One recurring theme during the conference was the lack of a thoughtful and comprehensive rural agenda at the federal level. The Community Reinvestment Act has been one strategy that made could have a positive impact on low income individuals and communities. The porposed rule changes will only serve to undermine rural communities. I strongly oppose changing the regulations.

Sincerely,

Mary Patoka
