Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am an employee of Rural Opportunities, Inc. and I strongly oppose the proposal to significantly weaken the Community Reinvestment Act. The proposal of easier CRA requirements for banks between $250 million to $ 1 billion in assets would be harmful for many borrowers. It would result in fewer home and small business loans and affect low to moderate income buyers, not to mention have an adverse effect on community development loans.

Please reconsider and withdraw this harmful proposal

Thank you for your time

Susan Boss
