Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. It is vitally important to low-income communities that banks in the $250 million to $1 billion range continue to have every incentive (including the full CRA exam) to maintain lending, investments and services in those communities.
