Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly oppose the proposed changes that would allow banks with under $1 billion in assets to undergo the more limited CRA review. CRA has been a critical tool for ensuring that low and moderate income communities have access to credit. In my own area of St. Paul, MN, many banks have significantly increased their lending to low and moderate income individuals and small businesses in order to comply with CRA. Thank you.
