Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As a manager of municipal community development programs, I am against any weakening of the CRA that would require only limited examinations of CRA activities among banks with assets of less than $1 billion. The law as currently in place holds community banks responsible and obligates them to seek innovative ways of working with government and non-profits. This is necessary.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
