Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

I am the benefit of such a community made possible by Banks and Northwest Regional Facilitators. I not only work for them, but now own my own home through their HomeStarts first-time homeownership program. It was all made possible by such funding. This proposal would harm future participants in HomeStarts and other programs like it.

Thank you for considering this comment.
