Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

This piece of legislation is crucial for the survival of rural America, especially West Virginia. If this Act is changed, reduced or eliminated banks in West Virginia, the majority of which are headquartered out of the state, will stop investing in West Virginia causing additional unemployment. I oppose any changes.
