Subject: RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in opposition to the proposed banking rules which would change
how many banks relate to rural and urban, low and moderate income persons
and families. Such changes will have immediate and long term negative
consequences for every village town and city in our nation. The impact of
this legislation will ultimately lead to increase the poverty of many for
the satisfaction of a few. Please do not adopt the proposed rules changes.

Sincerely,
Rev. Gary Erickson
