Subject: Community Reinvestment Act

I am concerned that changes in the CRA would put out of business small banks
which really serve small businesses in an area (particularly a depressed
area).
They quite understandably have more interest in the success of businesses in
the area than banks with a broader reach. I urge you not to change the
current rules which allow only banks with assets of under $250 million to
undergo a limited CRA exam.
