Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Ladies and Gentlemen of the FDIC,

The Community Reinvestment Act is working. In communities served by small to medium sized banks, it’s just as important to have those banks demonstrate effective good-faith efforts to use best practices for Community Reinvestment as it is to have CRA compliance by the largest banks. Raising the threshold for full CRA participation to the billion dollar level is not a good idea for communities, banks, FDIC, not-for-profit developers, or people in need of affordable housing.
