REGARDING Community Reinvestment 12 CFR Part 345

I most definitely OPPOSE the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets
above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community
Reinvestment Act. I sincerely believe that this policy change would reduce
lending, investments and services in low-income communities. At a time when
community and business development is critically needed in low-income areas,
the proposed FDIC policy change will hurt our communities, both urban and
rural.

Thank you for your consideration.

Mary Morrissette
