Subject: Community Reinvestment - RIN 3064-AC50

Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) is the only CDC in the state of Arizona that offers extensive services in urban and rural areas. Our service delivery system is expansive enough to effectively reach 150,000 low-income people annually. CPLC also recognizes that economic development is essential to the well being of the entire community. This is why banks should continue providing assistance to low and moderate income people and/communities.

As President/CEO of CPLC, I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do a great deal of harm to rural communities.
