Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50)

I strongly object to changes proposed to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). As someone who has worked in organizations serving the poor for the last decade, I'm aware of how important the CRA has been to making financing available for affordable homes in rural areas, as well as building services for those seeking housing. I oppose the proposal to exempt many banks from CRA provisions, because it would invite a resumption of redlining and gut the progress achieved through the CRA.
