RE: RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am writing to oppose the proposed regulatory changes to the Community
Reinvestment Act (CRA). The CDFI industry relies on a strong CRA to
ensure the participation of mid-size banks in the growth and expansion of
financial services and accessibility to capital in low and moderate-income
communities across the United States.

The CRA has been successful in expanding access to capital and broadening
the reach of financial services to all communities. The proposed changes
to the CRA risk halting this important progress. I urge you to not adopt
the proposed regulatory changes weakening the CRA.

These proposed changes will make it particularly difficult for rural areas
with few large banks to continue their efforts to revitalize communities
and rebuild economic vitality.

Sincerely,

Peggy Cabe
