I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : It is high time that we reverse the trend of constantly putting profits over people. The FDIC has the power to positively impact underdeveloped rural and urban areas by encouraging (home) ownership and thus reinvestment from which all benefits. Do NOT change the Community Reinvestment Act.
