Sir:

What are you doing? I strongly oppose the rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. Why are you even considering changing a guideline that has clearly benefited many, many of our poorest citizens and programs? Bank stocks are doing just fine as one of my stock holdings shows and profits have never been higher and mergers continue unabated. Please do not change this rule.
