I recommend that FDIC keep, its proposal to raise the threshold to be a
Large-CRA bank to $1 Billion in assets, active. The cost to a community
bank of the Large-CRA data collection outweighs the benefit of CRA loans
the bank may make. Community banks make CRA loans whether they are
Large CRA data reporting, or not!
