Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-ACD50

This to to support comments sent previously asking that the FDIC withdraw
the proposed rule to exempt many of our communities' critical partners from
the effective and productive requirements currently in place. I have
attended conferences lately, with enlightened bankers, who tell us that the
proposed new rule will significantly change the way their institutions do
business. This comes from those who know what will happen internally and are
friends to low-income affordable housing.
