Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear FDIC:

I am a new real estate investor and I am against the change to the CRA. This would give banks a playing field to discriminate against lending to low and moderate income households and neighborhoods. Also, community groups or real estate investors would be losing their resource to invest in distressed properties and therefore prevent the improvement of communities.

Concerned citizen and investor,
Carolyn Green
Los Angeles, CA
