Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Concerned FDIC People,

I am strongly opposed to changing the requirement of which banks need to participate in CRA activity. I run an IDA program, and we are in a very rural area where banks are scarce and not that large for the most part. The need to show some CRA activity has been one of the few motivating points that has encouraged our local banks to participate with us in this community building effort. CRA regulations have provided a significant support for community benefit in our county. Please continue to include smaller regional and local banks in CRA requirements. It helps everyone in the long run.

Thank you.
