Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I strongly support the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion, the current regulation has not had any significant effect on rural communities. The current CRA regulation create unnecessary burden on our financial institutions and is counter productive. I live in a small rural community and have been a volunteer for a non-profit housing development corporation for the past ten years. I have learned that financial institutions and private developers get more incentive for rural development by programs such as tax credit programs the burdensome CRA legislation. Please adopt this rule.
Respectfully,
Philip J. Marrie
