Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Duluth Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Duluth LISC) supports and assists local community organizations to revitalize neighborhoods and preserve and develop affordable housing. Lenders are critical partners in the effort to improve our low- and moderate-income communities.
Duluth LISC opposes the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.
Please reconsider making this change. It is important to maintain and expand bank involvement in local communities.
Thank you,
