Subject: CRA 345

"I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities."

I am the founder of a nonprofit that highly depends on the community effort of these small banks. The service that we receive from these banks is welcoming to communuties that have been disenfranchised for so many years.

Please reconsider your proposal to change the CRA, it would not only do a disservice to the banks that have worked so hard to compete with the Big Banks but it will also, begin to slowly deteriorate communities that have worked so hard to rebuild.
Thank You,
Ardena Bartlett
